About Lori Raderschadt-Guyton
MY BACKGROUND
I have always had a fascination for understanding human behavior and it led me to pursue formal training in psychology, leadership, personality assessments and tools. This interest motivated me to pursue a career focused on assisting individuals in recognizing their strengths and how they are wired.
My career spanning over 30 years in organization development and human resources has involved supporting organizations during times of change. I have worked with various industries including banking, IT, real estate, construction, retail, medical, manufacturing, insurance, as well as numerous churches.
With a strong belief in the power of inherent talents and strengths, I use trait assessment tools to support the formation of cohesive and high-performing teams through periods of change and conflict.
I hold a BA in Organization Development with a minor in Psychology, and a MS in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Executive Leadership from Regis University in Denver, CO. My professional certifications include: PDP professional, PI administrator, TruScore, and DiSC analyst.
I grew up in South Dakota and resided in Colorado for nearly ten years prior to relocating to California. I am married to Brian and have a son, who, along with his spouse, has provided me with two grandchildren.
